Large clean waiting room, staff courteous upon arrival and short wait time for my little Yorkie to see Dr Lana. She performed a complete exam and answered all my questions. Left clinic feeling very good about my first experience at Jones Veterinary Hospital. Highly recommend
We have been taking our pets to Jones Veterinary Hospital for a little over two years and the staff and Doctors have been, great. Since the above statement, we have had to take our male snauzer, who is 12 yo in human years, in. He has started running into things and we have noticed what appears to be cataracts forming in both eyes. We called on a Friday morning, and was told to bring him right in, which I did. The vet was right in with us. She confirmed our though above the cataracts. Then she ordered lab work to see if he had diabetes. Which he doesn't. Unfortunately she does think he has hypothyroidism. Jones hospital always gets my pet in when there’s an issue. They treat him with such care and keep us informed. They have the best prices and seem to genuinely love what they do.
