After purchasing an air tub from a retailer for our new house, it stopped working within 6 months of having it. We contacted the retailer about this issue and Tubman was the company that was chosen to repair the issue. I received a call on March 16, 2023 from Tubman stating that they were ordering parts and would be out the repair the tub. Each time I called, they said they were either waiting on parts or the wrong parts were sent. Finally, on June 12, 2023, I received a phone call from Mansfield (the tub manufacturer) stating that Tubman has had the parts since March, and should be calling to schedule the repair. Tub Man Inc came out to repair my tub and told me that it was possibly still under warranty. After checking, I found out that was the case. I'm hoping now that they will call him to do the warranty work. It is refreshing to find someone so honest these days!
