Alley took the time to create a custom design that I absolutely loved. She carefully listened to my ideas, considered my needs, and made sure the final design was exactly what I envisioned. She is friendly, compassionate, and especially reassuring if you have any fears or anxiety about the pain. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and completed in a timely manner.
Her staff is also kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Chip, one of the newer artists at the studio, created my husband's first tattoo, and he had an equally amazing experience. We were both impressed with the quality of their work and the care they put into making us feel comfortable.
