Southern style CrossFit/Oasis is an amazing establishment that the town of Addison is blessed to have! The gym provides the best coaches and the oasis provides everything you need for self-care! Tanning, spray tans, lashes, massage, hair & shopping!! I highly recommend if you haven’t stopped by!

I have been in CrossFit for over 10 years, competed in 8 CrossFit Opens, and have dropped in at over 70 CrossFit Boxes. I can tell you without hesitation Southern Style Crossfit is a superb top notch CrossFit Box. The Box located in a small Alabama community is a diamond in the rough. The owner is an outstanding coach and more importantly a caring cross-fitter of this community.The equipment is not only new and in outstanding shape, but the equipment is very plentiful.
