I'm insanely impressed. It's tire season so been having trouble getting into my usual place for an oil change and was way overdue. Reviews here looked good so I popped in around 9:50ish on a Wednesday. I was able to stay in my car with my dog the whole time which i liked, though the waiting area looked nice inside. I was on my way by 10:30! The staff was nice and I noticed my technician double checking the seal on all the caps in my engine before finishing up which I appreciated. So far it's driving just fine. I'll definitely return in a pinch again, and I am VERY picky about who I let service my 07 FJ Cruiser! Thanks guys!
We got there at 1:00pm, on a Monday, with 3 cars in front of us. It took about 45 min to an hour to get into the bay. The techs were very polite, clear communications and were very efficient. Lots of hands coordinated work, verbal double checks between workers. We left with sparkling windows and a good oil change. We will definitely be back. Thank You!
I have been a customer for 20 years. They used to be Knowledgeable and friendly. The last 2 times I visited, they broke something on each of my vehicles. One I fixed myself after they refused to even acknowledge the damage. The second one I took to another more honest & reliable mechanic to fix. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I will never return. Too bad. They have certainly gone downhill.
