The Dog Wash - Paws Up Pet Salon (PUPS) Wasilla is a locally owned grooming salon that prides itself on its knowledge, professionalism, and passion in the industry. With a combined experience of over 25 years, the salon's employees, many of whom come from the dog show world, have an excellent eye for detail. Customers praise the salon's great service, reasonable prices, and the beautiful, fluffy, and soft results for their dogs. The dogs themselves seem to enjoy their experience, often appearing "extra sassy and proud" upon returning home. The staff is described as patient, understanding, and always greeting customers with a smile.
The folks at The Dog Wash are always great! Our two beagles aren't thrilled with me trimming their toenails, so once a month we head on over to have experts do it! The dogs a little nervouse going in, then curious at the smells of other dogs, but are dancing on the way out - and no more "clicky-toes" (at least for another month! Then it's treats in the car for everyone - (trying to reinforce that car trips can be fun)
Had been searching for a new groomer in the Valley for my labradoodle, and was lucky to find an open spot at PUPS Wasilla. My girl looks BEAUTIFUL! Fluffy and soft, smells wonderful, reasonable prices, and great service. Thank you Paws Up, we'll be back!
We've been using The Dog Wash for our two Schnauzers since they were puppies. It's always nice to give credit where credit is due. The employees here do a super nice job in their craft and customer service. Coco and Tucker always look very handsome upon arrival. I truly believe they like their experience here overall, too. They are extra sassy and proud when we get home. Last, a big thank you to the staff of The Dog Wash. Thank you for having patience with me this last visit. You were very understanding, and you did it with a smile.
