As a local realtor, I get to work with tons of builders. Few match the custom quality, professionalism, attentiveness to detail, and care for their customers that the Sundbergs do. When you are ready to build your dream, I would 110% recommend that you partner with them.
I loved working with Tige and Traci. They helped me bring my 'Dream Home' to a reality! They respected my ideas and vision, and helped me make decisions while staying 'on budget'. We are all friends for life now! Not many people feel that way about their builder after completion!! 😉☺️
We are so very grateful for Tige & Traci. They built a beautiful, quality home from bottom to top that I still walk around in amazement that it’s ours. Yet what I appreciate about them so much is their love for what they do and their care for us!! The time and attention they gave us every step of the way, from willing to meet with us, to random phone calls about different aspects (and our crazy ideas), to being organized and just so helpful!! As well, their crew was hard working, respectful, and helpful! I adore our home but what made the whole experience of building worth it was working with Tige & Traci!!
