She freaked me out about political conspiracy theories. So I was afraid to tell her how I felt about my hair. I'm pregnant and she went off on how a famous politician took advantage of and drank baby blood. I told her that was too much and she continued talking about babies being done bad. Who the heck does that and to a pregnant woman no less... she had nice music videos going and while washing my hair was leaning over and trying to interpret the videos saying they were all satanic in meaning... My experience with Lorraine was outstanding! I explained to her what I wanted and she fully embraced it! I was thankful for her offering to apply a second round of treatment to lighten the look and was/am very pleased. I used her discount for new clients & by golly, I think it worked out well for the both of us!
