I am new to Alaska and needed a used pickup truck. I am so glad I found these guys! I've been driving now for a month a beautiful red Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 2008 with an Infinity sound system, and only 100,000 miles on it, that is in pristine condition! A gem of a find and the price was right!And on top of that they installed, at no extra cost, premium new tires, performed a complete brake job, and made sure the truck passed their thorough 80 point check inspection, performing maintenance in whatever needed it.I've been driving the truck for a month now. So what brilliant genius at corporate decided to stop including spare tires in some of the jeeps. My wife got a flat, I went to go put the spare on and low and behold it's not there, instead there's a canister of fix a flat and a dinky air compressor. So I tried to use that and what do you think happened? It didn't work so now we have to have the vehicle towed for a flat tire because jeep didn't have enough forethought to include a spare tire kit. You have sacrificed consumer safety to save on weight during shipping. Hey jeep make this right and provide a spare tire kit. Took us 5 hours and a tow truck to tow us for a flat tire! The dealership did not disclose this and when I brought up the trouble and hours of my day/work missed etc they could care less.
