I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Megan, who is the owner, is super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I had dropped my iPhone in a puddle, put it in rice for 24 hours, and managed to get a grain of rice stuck in the charging port! She grabbed a special pair of tweezers and in no time at all got that little sucker out of there and my phone could be plugged in again. She has a personal 10 minute limit she sets…..if she can fix a problem that fast she probably won’t charge you, she didn’t charge me. Plus during our chat I learned some interesting information about what to do and not do in the event my phone gets wet again. They do not only work on Apple products. If you need repairs to a device, take it to this business!
