Havent had our carpets cleaned in several yrs and was very pleased with the results. Justin took great care in removing a huge black stain and was successful. Thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but he surprised us and our carpet looks new. Great customer service, and we got a Senior discount which helped since we have a lot of carpet. The only thing is they dont move heavy furniture like sofas so we had to do that, which was easy with furniture sliders.
