Very customer-service oriented and professional, everyone in the office but especially Jenny had all the answers and made my purchase and install arrangements easy, Derek did the install and I can't say enough good about someone that truly cares what they're doing and how they're doing it. John was professional, efficient, and super kind! He came out to fix the spring on our garage door and went above and beyond. He even took care of a few extra things he didn’t have to and replaced a part for a really reasonable price. Definitely recommend John and Door Tech if you need any garage door work done!

Love this company. Installed back in October of last year. Very knowledgeable. Came back out to check the door and do some minor repairs. John was super friendly and quick. Went above and beyond what the original issue was. Would highly recommend.
