To my fellow military families, DO NOT FALL FOR HER SCAM! If I told you about our nightmare of an experience with Charlene and her team during our one year rental agreement, this review would be the length of a novel. If you’re looking for a property manager, don’t bother unless you want hundreds to thousands of dollars stolen out from under you. If you’re a renter, run like hell because once that contract is signed it’s a completely different ballgame dealing with her.

This is a great company not only to rent from, to use as property management but also as a realtor.My first experience with Charlene Moss Realty was as a tenant, every time I had an issue they were quick to fix it. Because of the great experience I had renting from them, I contacted them to manage my property when I need it, which they did for 3 years! Their whole staff has been great to work with over the years. Because of the great job they did managing my property I had no second thoughts about using them when I needed them to sell it.The sale of the property went very smoothly, Rheannon was there and available every step of the way, she had great attention to detail... read full review
