To my fellow military families, DO NOT FALL FOR HER SCAM! If I told you about our nightmare of an experience with Charlene and her team during our one year rental agreement, this review would be the length of a novel. If you’re looking for a property manager, don’t bother unless you want hundreds to thousands of dollars stolen out from under you. If you’re a renter, run like hell because once that contract is signed it’s a completely different ballgame dealing with her.

This is a great company not only to rent from, to use as property management but also as a realtor.My first experience with Charlene Moss Realty was as a tenant, every time I had an issue they were quick to fix it. Because of the great experience I had renting from them, I contacted them to manage my property when I need it, which they did for 3 years! Their whole staff has been great to work with over the years.
