I cannot speak for the entire Ben Kinney team, but working with Ian Crafton has been one of the worst purchase experiences in my wife and I's lives. For context, Ian represented the seller for a home my wife and I just recently purchased in Jan of 2024. Ian, despite being called out for it multiple times, lied repeatedly! Not only this but he showed a complete and utter lack of accountability for his own actions and zero respect for others' time. Not only was it near impossible to get information from him but we couldn't even trust the information we did get from him! Ian cuts corners. He lies. He will try to low ball you and will take every possible "easy way out". He will try and wiggle and worm his way through the process to touch as little work as possible. He will take zero responsibility for ANYTHING that goes wrong. Do NOT trust this person with your property. Do NOT do business with Ian Crafton. Scummy. Terrible experience. I wish I had something better to say about the Ben Kinney Team overall, but I can't imagine their team being more than 1-2 stars while Ian is a part of it.

I've worked with Craig Channer and the Channer Team; I can't say enough about how well they did for me. I was informed and helped through the entire search, buying, and closing process. I felt and continue to feel they are there to help me with any of my real estate needs. I'd be hard to find anyone better.

The Ben Kinney Team along with our Realtor Amy StPierre and Craig were awesome. We had a lot of setbacks due to seller and sellers' realtors inability to communicate but our team made it happen. We would recommend using them for any home purchase in your future. They made themselves available at all hours especially since we were moving from Alabama to Alaska traversing 3 time zones in our travels and oftentimes we were in areas with no cell coverage.
