I used their optometrist service and I am very happy with the friendly service i received there. Very helpful and friendly people that work there. Their prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.
i usually visit the PCC in Anchorage. when I was at VNPCC for work purposes, they were able to assist, easily. It was a great experience. As with most reviews, any complaints can be submitted to their QA department. there are also surveys for people to fill out if they are dissatisfied with any service provided. As an AKN, we are in a better position than others, to receive medical attention. SCF and ANTHC encourage feedback both good and not so great. Any time I have submitted concerns, someone reached out to inquire and remedy the situation.
Staff is kind, the most on-time facility ran, the whole-person approach is ideal . The facility is SOoo nice & laid out, there's even a sidewalk to walk around the bldg if u have time. I've gone to a few yoga classes & a cooking class. I wish there were facilities like this thru out the states. Alaska gives the best care to our ppl.
