Bell Creek Agility & Obedience is a locally owned dog training business dedicated to helping individuals and their dogs achieve their training goals. I took my rescue puppy to Bell Creek to A) help me overcome my fears of my previous very other dog aggressive rescue dog, and b) to get some tools to help make sure I didn’t make the repeat unintended mistakes, just from not having the correct tools to work with. I started that process a year ago, and ended up completing 24 weeks of classes. I’d never taken a dog obedience class, and doing so was the best decision I could have made. All the tools really proved to have worked, and stuck (with continued work) this weekend while on a camping trip. I worked with Ruth for all of these classes, and can’t recommend her enough. Her calm energy helped my PTSD/anxiety of just having a dog around other dogs, and she communicated with me very well since I was always on edge a bit during class. These classes helped me and my dog form a great connection, and teamwork. It also helped us gain trust in each other, and how we need to work together.
We would like to send Ruth a hearty thank-you for her critical attention to detail in running, and set up, for her rally classes. She is very dedicated to her rally classes, and it shows! Highly recommend her rally class! Thank you so much Ruth! Our Doberman Willie thanks her too!
We are taking the agility series classes from Bell Creek. The class consists of numerous breeds of dogs and handlers in various stages of their experience. Our instructor and Bell Creek's owner, Patti was able to easily work with every dog and handler, customizing the instruction for their dog and their level of ability. She is a highly experienced trainer with the unique ability to see what the dog and handler need to do to be successful and she provides specific and helpful feedback. She is also enthusiastic, kind and generous with her time. I highly recommend Bell Creek's agility classes.
