Hands of an angel, is how I would describe the skills of Ms. Kelley. She started with a few direct questions of my problem areas and got to work. Maintained communication regarding my pain threshold throughout the entire massage. I suffer from chronic back problems and she definitely was help in that area.

Revised 2.24.2024:I recently had the pleasure of working with Juanita over the billing issues we had. And I can tell you with confidence that she really went to bat with our insurance company over the incorrect billing issue we experienced here. Receiving this level of customer service is unheard of anymore. After closer inspection, Aetna was WRONG! And we are so lucky that Juanita knew what to do. It seems like your own insurance would have your best interests in mind, right? ? Guess again.Juanita if you see this, thank you again for going back to fix this.
