Excellent selection and reasonably priced goods which is surprising considering the price gouging one usually finds this far from the major commerce areas.I will warn folks though that if you take your Stihl chainsaw there for repair and are told it's not worth the repair and that a new chainsaw would be the best option, I would get a second opinion. My neighbor whom was a female in a domestic partnership with another female, was told on two separate occasions that a new saw would be a better choice than repair, when in fact both saws needed only minor repairs such as a new fuel line or new recoil mechanism. Hands down the best hardware store in alaska. I price checked the big box stores in ANC and they not only beat the price but they included delivery (on time and good communication) Ordered lumber, siding, roofing with all the other things to build a cabin. they are always helpful, usually have the things i need and if they dont they can order or help with an alternate. Very helpful staff and products are in good shape.
