I enjoy this studio, a lot. The instructors and space provided a chill come-as-you-are vibe. No pretension. And everyone I've met who practices here is very genuine. I love the 530, hot yoga classes. Especially in the winter. If it wasn't for Yoga Sol, I wouldn't have survived those 20 below nights. Thank you for keeping the heat up. 🙏🏾

Excellent instructors and set up, I loved the Hit Yoga Friday class. The instructors were very helpful and kind.Nice, clean, safe studio that makes all feel welcome. Front door is locked once class starts, so don't be late!

It's conveniently close to my cabin, and I absolutely loved my instructor! She words things in a unique way that is very helpful in getting your form better even by the slightest tilt.
