My new puppy chewed up my brand new frames and after a couple months with my old glasses I took the new ines in to be fixed and walked out with a set of frames for my new prescription. New frames feel as good as the ones that were chewed up and it the switch was made in less than an hour. Big thanks from a tourist from Ocala, FL!

A couple of weeks ago while on vacation, I went into the store hoping to get my glasses fixed. It was really important for me to have my glasses fixed because I have polycarbonate lenses that protect my one good eye. I was just hoping to get them fixed in a few days, but the lady Monica that helped us was able to switch out the frames on the spot. On top of that, she had went to the “returned frames” container and she fixed my glasses with new frames for free. We offered to get her a coffee or gift card, but she kindly refused. Great customer service and funny/polite staff! The young lady Ally or howeveryou spell it lol, helped get my contacts in and out for the first time. She's a really cheerful person just like the rest of the staff!
