There great. I called about my dogs leg sent them pitures and they got right back to me.
The Vet, tech, and desk staff were all kind and helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to answer all my questions and treat my girl (elderly Yorkie) so well. She had basic exam for her first apt followed by a dental surgery. They also helped me get set up with hills to home food delivery, which is so helpful in rural Alaska. I appreciate them keeping her in office a while to wake up and to ensure there were no side effects that needed immediate treatment. The prices have been reasonable by Alaska standards.
As a mixed species clinic, I liked how the lobby seating is arranged so that people and their pets were separated. My indoor only cat was not distressed as other dogs and pets arrived. Twin Cities Vet staff is very friendly and helpful.
