Great gym for anyone in body building, powerlifting, general fitness, CrossFit, and so fourth… very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are always nice and happy to see you there! The gym is more commercial so if you’re on the look for a purely based strongman/powerlifting gym, might have to look somewhere else. But as far as everything else goes, they’re still amazing! They even have 3 different deadlift bars!
I came here for zumba, which was fantastic. The instructor was high energy and so fun to follow.The crowd here is a little older. But the facility itself is cleand and welcoming. The indoor track is so nice, and there is LOTS of cardio equipment.
I love it here! Everyone is friendly, the classes are included and are top notch quality. The trainers and instructors are uplifting and encouraging. I’m so happy to have found this community!
