As a travel nurse I feel incredibly lucky to have spent six months at CrossFit Kainos. This gym provides such a supportive great community for self growth with every challenging and well structured workout. The coaches are always willing to offer helpful tips for improvement and encouragement every workout. The gym also has a great layout and quality equipment to maximize the variety and effectiveness of every workout. After being to CrossFits all over the country I would definitely rank CrossFit Kainos at the top, and I am so grateful for all the growth and experience I gained during my time there!
This CrossFit gym is a great space! I love how open it is. The coaches are knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly! This is my GO TO gym when I’m in Soldotna. Go check ‘em out!
I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed. I just have the 24/7 equipment membership, so I don’t take the classes. It works very well for my routine, and definitely not crowded if you don’t go during classes. Highly recommended ??
