As a travel nurse I feel incredibly lucky to have spent six months at CrossFit Kainos. This gym provides such a supportive great community for self growth with every challenging and well structured workout. The coaches are always willing to offer helpful tips for improvement and encouragement every workout. The gym also has a great layout and quality equipment to maximize the variety and effectiveness of every workout. After being to CrossFits all over the country I would definitely rank CrossFit Kainos at the top, and I am so grateful for all the growth and experience I gained during my time there!
I cannot imagine my life without this incredible community! The coaches have been so supportive from the start. It’s because of their ability to help me scale movements, that two years later, I’ve overcome a chronic shoulder injury and low back pain. Each gym member has been so supportive along the way.I am also able to bring my toddler along to classes, and the anytime gym access is fantastic for busy weeks.If you are looking for long term health and fitness, don’t wait!
