John and Nan are nothing short of fantastic. They have helped our Home Association get out of a budget deficit and start building a reserve for incidentals as well as easily meeting our obligations. Every interaction with them has been pleasant and valuable. They are down to earth folks that do a wonderful job helping people like me keep track of money and optimize tax liability.
