“(updating previous poor review) Left a 2 star review several years ago due to a very poor/unhelpful interaction with a staff member there, BUT recently went back Fall 2025 and had a completely different and much better experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. They did their very best to help fix the issues I was having with my laptop (even after getting terrible service from the manufacturer support team) while being transparent and honest with what couldn't be fixed and offering alternative suggestions.“
