(updating previous poor review) Left a 2 star review several years ago due to a very poor/unhelpful interaction with a staff member there, BUT recently went back Fall 2025 and had a completely different and much better experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. They did their very best to help fix the issues I was having with my laptop (even after getting terrible service from the manufacturer support team) while being transparent and honest with what couldn't be fixed and offering alternative suggestions.
I went in to get a battery replaced on my phone. I used their expedited service and had my battery replaced hours before they said it would be done! They even went out of their way to contact me using an alternative method. Very happy with the service and the business.
Having passed by this place plenty of times, I decided to take a visit. I should have visited long ago. He has anything I'd need, and more! I didn't realize how many used items are in the store and priced so reasonably.
He was also so knowledgeable about what I was going through and taught me a bunch even though I would say I'm pretty savvy myself. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but I assume it's the owner.
Thank you for the keyboard and mouse and the advice! It took all of 2 minutes or less to pair my mouse and keyboard together, and I'm about to get to work installing the M.2 while I download Windows 11. Progress!
