I purchased a ring here, it was overpriced, I didn't mind as I was creating a memory in Alaska... but what I found completely appalling was that we went back into the shop a few hours later and Ali and Fernando, our sales people, had no idea who we were... are we just suckers to these folk that hour faces are not worthy of remembering for a few hours, especially after dropping so much money?
This definitely would have been a five star review, but it took me weeks to post because I had to process what happened to me at this shop. Never again, lesson learned. Thank you Creative Goldsmith for the lesson!

I tried to just look alone at some of the items, the person was instantly in my face. I asked to be left to wonder after a few minutes I went & bought rings & earrings from the next ship.

I purchased a lovely Pearl ring while on my Alaska cruise. I had an issue and the store manager couldn’t have been kinder and accommodating in solving my issue.
