Another amazing rescue and rehab center in Alaska! Watching the eagles being rehabilitated right in front of us was memorable. I enjoyed the information the staff provided about the work they do with these eagles. The birds they do have on retainer as they are unable to return to the wild look healthy and happy. You can tell all of the staff there truly care about their work and animals in their care.
We stopped by here when we were here on a cruise. You can walk here from where the bus drops you off in town. It was great visit, very informative and loved seeing these beautiful birds up close!
Such a cool place! You may see a lot of birds or just a few - depending on how many they're working with. Incredible to see them up close! They're doing great work here - check it out!
