In October 2019, our dog, Bear, was diagnosed with cancer. I set up an appointment with Dr Schmidt and his team, and after discussing Bear’s options, I felt so much better. He is so knowledgeable and honest about the effectiveness and costs of treatments. I never doubted his judgment and as a result, I got 4 more years with my pup. Bear was happy and healthy up until the last few months when we ran through all our options and the cancer started taking its toll. We brought him to Tier 1 to say goodbye on August 25th 2023.Thank you Dr. Schmidt, Lindsey, Meredith, Anna Mae, and the rest of the staff at Tier 1 for taking such good care of my Baby Bear ❤️

Chinook twisted his stomach while we were boondocking almost 2 hours away. We rushed him to Tier 1 for emergency surgery. The doctors, techs, and staff were wonderful! It is now 1.5 weeks later and Chinook is doing great… THANK YOU ALL!

We took our beloved dog to Tier 1 to be euthanized. Everybody involved in her care was kind and considerate. She was triaged within 10 minutes of our arrival. Then we were taken to a private room where we sat on a comfortable couch and all of her care was rendered in that room. The receptionist came to the room so we didn't have to go to the front desk to pay our bill. We were even offered a 10% discount for military service. The entire staff is excellent and we appreciate you! Thank you for making a sad and stressful situation as positive and pleasant as possible.
