I came here with my friend who had to send her boy over the rainbow bridge yesterday. I was so impressed with Dr. Beck and all the staff that I am going to start bringing my fur babies here. The compassionate care balanced with professionalism and expertise is just what I am looking for in a vet clinic. Thanks for your care.

The staff is amazing! Theyre always ready to welcome us when we walk in and my pups love getting the attention. The doctors and techs that have helped us over the last year with two surgeries and checkups have been the best! My pups are healthy and well taken care of because of the help North Star has provided us. Thank you!

Very good experience

I have never experienced a situation like this by a place of business. My family and I are moving to Hawaii with our dogs. Those of you that know how difficult that is will know that any added difficulties are bad enough . I was physically sitting with the animal quarantine place IN Hawaii during the time of my appt in Alaska where friends of ours took the dogs in.
North Star vets declined to do the FAVN test that we needed just to prove a point because they think it was not going to work in Hawaii. That personally was not their call to make, Hawaii it self was ok with the process we were doing and in no way was asking North Star to do anything wrong . This was done completely out of spite and in no way endangering my dogs or themselves to do that test. Because of this, my family can not get another vet appt for three weeks, we have to keep our house in Alaska for an extra month and they cost us over 10k not to mention what they are doing to my family and my 5 year old who won’t see his dogs now for months. This was a shame, could have been prevented and my family is hurting because of it .

No that is not the protocol for getting your dog into Hawaii. Making me restart my dogs ENTIRE vet history after. The microchip is incorrect. That is a scam and you are trying to get us to get three times the amount of shots we need. Confirmed by Hawai’i animal control, they do take records showing vaccines. A microchip isn’t a data storing center lol

A couple weeks ago we took our pit bull in he got a hold of some fox tails and was struggling. He’s better now thanks to Dr Henery. Today we took our little dog in to get across the rainbow bridge and Dr Henery was so kind and soothing. I highly recommend this place if I could give it 10 stars I sure would. Staff is the kindest too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Im so happy I brought my 2 ducks Peanut and Butter here! Dr. Beck was so amazing. She was very knowledgeable about water fowl. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again.

I’ve been taking my multitude of critters to Dr. Beck and Dr. Henry since the first opened shop in 2006. To say we’ve been through a lot together would be an understatement. There’s no way I could say enough good things about them, the other vets and all of the staff. It is just a wonderful, loving, thoughtful and qualified team. I so appreciate their humor, compassion and absolute commitment to every one of my furries, in every situation. The new, large addition to the clinic has made visits easy and smooth. On top of that, the prices are reasonable and fair. Very happy

Please fix your signs telling customers where your north door is, your employees only is also a north door, maybe mark the north door as the north door.

Ollie, our Chihuahua mix, is a shy but sweet boy, and he gave the vet and the technician a big paws up. He was totally relaxed even during a biopsy of a lump on his chest. They were wonderful.
