Highly recommend. My daughter and I have both enjoyed the classes here at different times in the last few years. Great Teachers, great selection of yoga equipment . Classes gave us both what we needed. In regard to other review comments; there are some noises from businesses above sometimes, but unfortunately that can't be helped. Stick to it and it won't bother you at all.
I took the rise & shine heated class this morning and loved it! It was just warm enough to loosen my muscles up for a great stretch. It was the nicest thing I’ve done for my body in a long time!! Just what I needed - great music too. Look forward to making this a part of my weekly routine
I recently moved to the valley and Midnight Sun Yoga Center is the third studio I've visited since my relatiocation. I didn't think it was possible to find a yoga studio that made me feel as comfortable and satisfied as I did with my previous studio, but after my search throughout the valley, I've finally found it! I live 20 minutes away from the studio, but it is 100% worth the commute. You won't find a friendly staff or diverse class offering anywhere else in the valley. This studio has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to making it my second home.
