Absolutely amazing experience at this tanning salon in North Pole, Alaska! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean and well-kept everything was. The entire space feels fresh, sanitized, and so inviting—which made me feel really comfortable right away.
The girls who work there are incredible! So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me choose the best options, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of. Their customer service truly stands out—it’s rare to find a team that is both professional and so personable.
You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and top-notch experience!

Absolutely love the environment, and the girls at both locations! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. The salon is clean and cozy, and the beds are high quality and kept up on. I recommend Beach House to everyone!

This is a nice salon with clean beds, nice staff, and a good selection of packages and lotions. However, I wish the check in process was a bit more beginner friendly with more guidance from staff because I've gotten burnt almost every time I go. They should warn people up front about new bulbs instead of using a sign in the rooms that is easy to miss. These beds are strong, so I suggest backing down your time a minute or two.

I was at the north pole location today and I just want to say the girl working today idk I was there like 11 am she was the most helpful person i needed more lotion and told her what I wanted and didn't want and she nailed it. she awesome 😊 I didn't catch her name but she was awesome.

I absolutely love this salon. Staff are always nice. The beds are wonderful. Everything is always clean! Tons of quality products to pick from as well.

I will give credit where it is due, the staff are very kind and friendly. However they are closed a LOT. Due to a wide range of things. Or change their hours a lot due to staffing and other things as well. Doesn’t make it easy for you to go tanning. Today their hours were changed and I drove there to cancel and thankfully I was right in time for them opening. Posted on the door but not posted online… sometimes it’s been vice versa. Also, I cancelled my plan due to PCSing. It renewed at the end of the month which is fine, my fault I didn’t cancel sooner. But then I asked if I could cancel but go ahead and tan up until the renewal date (since I paid for it). And the answer was “no, when you cancel, you cancel.” Very frustrating.
