They assist us monthly with the pumping of our grease traps. They also prioritized an emergency we had with a clogged drain pipe; they got us back up and running so we could open our restaurant.

I was recommended this company by our plumber. I had a plumbing emergency and after he completed the work he said our septic tank needed to be pumped. I had no idea. We are a military family and I am new to AK. My bf is AD and he was deployed at the time this happened. I have zero to no knowledge about plumbing I am more useful in a war zone because of my military experience haha So, when the plumber explained what needed to happen I called Fairbanks Septic and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She explained to me what was happening with our septic tank, what was the process, the cost and offered to send someone right away. The person who came did the job and made sure the pipes were running water to the septic tank as expected. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Communication was good, and service was performed in a timely manner. I also asked a lot of questions because this is all new to me. Living in the lower 48 and in the city is definitely different, but the locals (to include businesses) will help you get through it. Not all businesses are good at customer service though, like every where else, but here in this area there are less businesses as options one can reach out to, so bad customer service has a greater impact on us as customers. Now that I know what the house needs. I will be calling them every year.
