Our family has used them for years! Today, Dominic came out, and did an outstanding job of steaming the pipes in the basement! He was kind and curteous. Lady in the office was helpful yesterday! Thank you!

Well, the job got done and my sewer line doesn't have ice in it anymore(a portion was frozen halfway between the basement and the city lines). I cant say the rest of my experience met expectations, however. I now have several cigarette butts in my front yard. The guy that came in to take an initial look for the steaming cleanout was pretty unresponsive to any questions I had and the work was extremely messy. I was told they would catch as much of the water as possible, but a good 80sq ft of the basement was covered in sewer water. It leaked into the framing behind the sheetrock I just put up and the rock/framing will most likely have a permanent smell. There... read full review

We have used Bigfoot at our house and at the business. Always been professional, helpful, and informative both in the office and guys on the trucks. Just yesterday, they tried to contact us about issues with our septic and billing before the invoice was sent so there would be no surprises. Great Service; Thank you!
