Was referred this company by another company for water pressure issues. I called and asked if they could help me with water pressure issues. I verified how long it might take and what they charge structure was. They informed me that they would be able to help me and that all materials needed would be in their truck so it would be taken cared of that same visit. I asked if they for sure can help me with water pressure issues. Again they said they would. The tech that came was professional but after 30is minutes of doing diagnostic tests he informed me that they could not do anything because it might be an outside problem. UPDATE: Possibly the most honest and honorable plumbers in Fairbanks. There was an oversight on their part in the planning stages of a complex installation but rather than try to obscure it or blame me, they admitted it and gave me a reasonable discount for the resulting hiccup. Would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Everyone I have interacted with, (Gene, Tyler, Tim, Tamara), in the course of doing business with them has been truly outstanding!!!

We discovered a leak in our laundry area and called around. Gene from Arctic Plumbing came out, explained what he needed to do clearly, worked efficiently, and the price was good. Great experience!
