I could have never imagined finally feeling comfortable and confident in a gym. I've trained with Mr. Knight for almost a year now and lost about 120lbs, and can go into any gym and feel right at home. This place is awesome! I love the people and the environment. Circuit training avaliable regularly and tons of support twords your goals.
