I have participated in a broad spectrum of services that Sarah provides but Qigong is the one that has improved multiple facets of my life. When I first started to practice I had to learn to set my ego aside and become present in the movements. Once I got over the hurdle of laughing at myself I have found this practice to be one of the most grounding and resetting things to do. Not only do I didn’t clarity in the moment but it’s a feeling of calmness that carry’s on through out my day. I would highly recommend taking this class with her to broaden your horizons.
