Groomed my 75 pound stinky golden doodle at the last minute. We went for a hike and he got in something. She worked on him for 2-3 hours and gave me a first timer discount. It was late and probably after hours but she was professional friendly and sooooo kind to take him at the last minute like that! He smelled amazing and looked great. I would definitely return to her again.Still very friendly, still very professional, and consistently delivers good care and service. From my last visit nothing has changed, and that is why this groomer is the only one in Ketchikan, AK I'll ever go to.

Janice is an absolute professional and perfectionist. She's got great intuition with animals and was able to get my nervous chicken of a dog calm for the bath and blow-dry.
The grooming shop is clean, very well put together and I was able to let my other curious dog roam free without worrying about her getting into things.
Janice is a great educator too and I learned some cool tips and things to avoid doing for my dog's coat type.
All this fantastic service is in-town too! ?????
