The tech called to let me know he could show up early. Was to my place within 5 minutes of calling. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. Set clear expectations of how long it would take him and that he needed to go pick up a part. Even with going to get a part and ensuring my hot water heater was up to par after the fix still took less then 2 hours. Great Service will defiantly use them again.

Edit: Coming back to add that we had to call for after hours help and the rate very reasonable!We've had the Plumbing & Heating come to our house twice - once for plumbing and once for boiler repairs. Both times they were punctual and incredibly professional. Rates are reasonable for the area. Highly recommend!Service: Heating system repair
