Calvin is the most honest mechanic I’ve encountered, he runs a great business. As a young woman without much mechanical savvy, I‘ve often wondered whether I’m being dealt with fairly at mechanical shops, but not here! These guys have always gone above and beyond to do right by me and often go the extra mile. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

The people at Mike Hatch are wonderful! In a town like Juneau where customer service is a rare commodity (*cough* Mendenhall Auto *cough*), it's nice to find a service center where they treat you like your business is valued. Thanks!
