Very positive experience. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but Sonny takes the prize for the most entertaining! Came in looking for two specific items and found them both! I left very happy.
Shopped here in July. Really nice people, good selection and prices seemed to be very fair. Staff were knowledgeable and didn't push sales too hard. Sized a ring we purchased in 30 minutes.
We went on a Alaska cruise and stopped at Effy store in Juneau. Brenda was soo sweet and polite. I loved her we had a instant connection. And Max was so accommodating. Thank you ❤️.
