A friend of mine, Rhonda recommened 1st Impressions to me. I was excited to make an appointment and try someone new that came with a good recomendation. I called to schedual some time for a haircut and possible coloring, received voice mail. So I left message with my information. This was last Friday, and no one ever called me back!! My "1st Impression" very poor customer service!!

I am trying to make an appointment for a haircut. I have called twice, the salon doesn't return calls. If they are closed I wish they would just say they are permanently closed. I was happy with my hair cuts in the past, but I cannot seem to get a call back now

Refused to cut our hair because we're Healthcare workers. So if you work in a doctors office a clinic or the hospital will probably decline your reservation. Plus had negative covid tests the week before.(precautionary)

I've lived in Juneau for two years. Hands down, 1st Impressions Hair Salon is THE best place I have gotten my haircut while living here! The view, all on its own, is worth making this "THE PLACE" to get ones hair done

I gave 4 stars because the level of professionalism is not %100 there. Although the hair cuts are great, Brandi is definitely my go to girl from now on. She knows what would look good as a stylist! She also gave me plenty of hair tips for the winter, and while washing my hair she took more time to clean my hair and scalp. I appreciate her thoughtfulness. All in all I recommend this salon!

RIP OFF!! $42 for a MEN's haircut!!? F*** this place!! Was it the mint smelling shampoo that they fuckn used? The woman had no clue what I meant when I asked her to blend it in on the sides either? Absolutely RIDICULOUS price for a haircut that took less than 30 min. Never Again. I should've asked what their prices were before but I assumed maybe between $20-30 the MOST!! They're out of their fuckn minds!! They didn't even have coffee, tea or a little snack like a cookie so I can feel a little pampered before I get f******* Thanks for a "First and LAST Impression"
