He was very thorough and provided good explanations as to why he was doing certain things.

We have been trying to get our wall heaters and water heaters serviced for a few months. Hometown Heating sent a service man right away. He was very good at explaining what was needed, and pointed out where we might have problems with aging units. We were very impressed and pleased with the service!
