Doctors explain everything thoroughly and answer all questions, even personally calling with lab results. The clinic is accommodating, squeezing in pets for emergencies and appointments, even for new patients with breathing issues or injuries. They provide precise diet plans and teeth cleaning options with various price points, taking weight concerns seriously. Anxious pets have melted with everyone, and a text sign-in helps avoid busy waiting areas. While they do not have an after-hours emergency presence, the team is thoughtful and addresses all concerns well.

They were able to get my cat in for an appointment the day after I called them about my concern regarding a disturbing reaction that my girl had experienced due to stress. The vet and staff were amazingly gentle. Both my cat and I appreciated their level of service. I will definitely bring my cats here again in the future.
The staff is always friendly and my cats have always been surprisingly calm under the stress. The only thing that I could say negative is that they do not have an after hours emergency presence. I know that is difficult in a small town but I maybe all the local vets could work together to create some kind of rotation? Just a thought but don't hesitate to take your pets here.
