We arrived to our cabin to find we had no water due to a pump issue. This family owned business was very responsive, prioritizing our job due to our being waterless. Their communication was superb. They were timely, courteous and effective. They made every attempt to make repairs at the most efficient manner and were very fair in their pricing and follow up. I would not only recommend them, but we will absolutely use them if needed in the future. Thank you again!
Jeff is AMAZING! So knowledgeable, always professional, excellent communicator, and hard working. In an emergency, he always finds a way to work us in his very busy schedule. Any work he has completed for us has been OUTSTANDING. Anything well, pump, cistern, water filtration and testing related...we can always rely on quality workmanship from Blackwell Pump Services.
