“I want to praise Nani and her pre/postnatal yoga class. I attended her class starting at 8w pregnant and went all the way until I was full term. Not only is she warm and welcoming but she really focuses her class making sure everyone is comfortable in their stage of pregnancy. She provided some gentle advanced movements as well as additional options for growing bellies and other aches and pains. I had a lot of pelvic floor pain and consistently going really helped me tolerate it and prepare my body for my second birth. She also incorporates breathing techniques to help relax the anxious feelings and everyday stress. She's very personable and creates the type of environment that makes you excited to show up each week. Being around other moms and creating a community of shared experience was a really nice bonus of her class. If you are questioning whether or not to go, just go!“
