just want to give a shout out to the lady behind the desk and the dr who handled the crazy screaming non mask wearing guy who wanted a dot physical. first off the lady behind the desk delt with the crazy dude really well, she must have grown up with a ton of brothers. eventually dude was just hostile as heck and the Dr politely asked him to follow, they stepped out the door and you would have never known he was getting kicked out till the crazy dude started screaming at other patients and blocking the door. was full on Jerry springer up in there. wow but the staff was super respectful and never escalated the scene. good work guys lots of crazies out there these days I'm off to enjoy my vacation covid free
