I know you can't give an exact time for services,
but just saying a serviceman will show up the
next day is inconsiderate. You could at least say
in the morning or the afternoon, or better yet
something like between ten and noon.

These gas stations keep changing their hours to make it pointless... 8-2pm? Really guys?... just close and let someone that can run a business buy them out. They used to be great now it's just sad..

Sorry to say, but don't use Sourdough. They were great when we started out with them in 2021 . . . but some time in 2023 maybe there was a management change, but communications became terrible, they would not work with us on delivery times like they used to (even though I was on the quarterly bulk payments, which is good for them but turns out bad for me as at any one time they had $1800-2000 of my money on account). And now, having shut down our account in early April, it is May 28, 2024 and *I'm still waiting for my refund* of $1,261 -- they are giving themselves a nice little operating fund boost while I am out a considerable amount.
