I know you can't give an exact time for services,
but just saying a serviceman will show up the
next day is inconsiderate. You could at least say
in the morning or the afternoon, or better yet
something like between ten and noon.
Stephanie was great on the phone and managed to get a delivery out to me on the same day. Very quick and efficient service. The per gallon price was the painful part of the transaction.
Sourdough is the only one we let work on our boiler. We always ask for Mike and he is always knowledgeable and professional. You get what you pay for. Very pleased with Sourdough and Mike.
