Progress reports and photos are shared during and after each grooming session. Special touches like adorable bows, bandanas, and a little treat and toy goodie-bag are simply PAWSOME. The grooming app makes scheduling appointments quick and easy. Pretty Pawz treats pets like family and provides care and attention, making furry best friends feel like royalty. They are highly recommended for pet family members to be pampered like queens and kings. This is still by FAR the best spot in town. Sammie is talented and has been seeing an Australian Shepard for the last year. The staff are ALWAYS SOO accommodating, VERYYYY communicative, and always provide 5-star service. Dogs are super comfortable there. They are absolutely amazing there and have beautiful souls. Having a dog’s nails done used to be a nightmare, but Pretty Pawz has made it a daydream. They genuinely care about the safety and comfort of pets and will take extra precautions. For a large breed that struggles with reactivity and anxiety, the groomers have always been so kind and patient, working some serious magic.
they did wonderful with my dogs, and I go back later today with my other dog! Absolutely look forward to becoming a regular customer. They were treated so well and came out with cute Bandanas and a goodie bag ❤️ they were also super accommodating when I forgot my rabies certificate! they're super soft, fluffy and clean 😍
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to make an appointment super quick even though it was a few days before. The front desk was super friendly and made sure to figure out what I wanted for my pup. Sammie did my little shih tzu/maltipoo mix, and she came out looking super adorable after her bath and haircut. They did a wonderful job. I loved getting the updates on her while she was there. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend you book with them! I will be back again. Thank you Pretty Pawz for making my pup and I super comfortable about her first ever haircut🤍
They are always so kind and loving to our fur baby! She is always happy going in and is so pretty coming out. They even worked with me to have her wait until the lobby cleared some because she gets so excited and is so strong I didn’t want to have to wrestle her to get out the door. :) thank you all for doing an amazing job with her.
